Paramount Dental in-house membership club - helping our amazing patients who are uninsured receive discounts on treatment. The yearly membership fee is due upon joining. Scheduling cleaning appointments, and keeping them, are the patients responsibility. Any unused or cancelled appointments cannot be carried over or transferred to others. Payment for any restorative or cosmetic work is due at time of service. No other discounts can be applied. Plan is valid solely at our office. Annual membership and treatment charges are subject to change.
