Dr. Navneet Kaur Sehgal is a compassionate general dentist caring for patients at Paramount Dental’s Placerville office. She believes in helping patients understand their oral health and the care options available.
Dr Sehgal earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California, graduating with honors in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. She also has advanced training in gum health, including a Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.) in Periodontology.

Dr. Sehgal has experience providing a wide range of dental treatments, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implant-supported dentures, gum treatment, and modern CAD/CAM dentistry.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds who have simple to very complex dental needs. Dr. Sehgal is known for her gentle, calm approach, taking the time to explain treatment options thoroughly and answer questions so patients can make informed decisions about their care.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Sehgal has been honored to publish books and journal articles related to laser-assisted gum treatment. To stay current with advances in dental care, continuing education, and best practices, Dr Sehgal is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
