Growing up in the vibrant city of Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Barinder Cheema was inspired to pursue dentistry by his uncle, whose ability to transform lives with each smile left a lasting impression on him. Watching patients leave the office pain-free and filled with confidence sparked his decision to pursue the same path. That passion carried him south to the University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned his dental degree. Having managed numerous successful dental offices, he now brings his years of experience to Paramount Dental in Roseville.

With expertise in restorative dentistry and fluency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Dr. Cheema connects with families across the Roseville, Sacramento, Placerville, and Yuba City areas. Patients appreciate the way he explains their dental health clearly, offers practical guidance on treatment choices, and takes time to answer every question with patience and care.

Beyond the Practice

In his personal life, Dr. Cheema’s competitive spirit led him to the hockey rink, representing British Columbia in the sport. Today, he spends his time outdoors, hiking, riding horses, and exploring new places through travel.
